My Funny Valentine (The Cut Shoppe)

Hello again, I'm back today with a layout that I created for the Cut Shoppe, but displayed on my blog.  I decided to go really bold with this one, and also go back to using my Kellie Kit (which I haven't used since last October).  I used the Funny Valentine cut file, which I thought was perfect to scrap three photos of our new cat Charlie and Ava.  These are all photos that I took with my iPhone either during or after breastfeeding Ava, and Charlie loves her so much he pretty much sits on me to get close to her!!

My Kellie kit features older Amy Tangerine and Dear Lizzy products.

And here is the fun cut file!

Thanks so much for looking!

Recent Projects - The Scrappery

Hello!! Yes I'm so behind on posting here, but I have been creating still.  These are two process videos I shared for The Scrappery Kit Club.

The first project is a mini album made from one piece of 12x12 paper, and it was from a cut file designed by Bea Valint, who designs and shares free cute files over on her blog.  You can find the cut file here.  I used it to scrap some gorgeous photos of Brielle as a baby taken by my scrappy BFF Lara Moss.  This is the album when its closed.

A look inside.  It has a shaker pocket and other interactive elements.

Folded out, the bottom left is a pocket where I've tucked two extra photos.

And here is my video:

My second project is a layout featuring rub ons.  Our Nigella kit includes an entire pack of the Moonstruck rub ons.  I decided to make an 8x8 layout for my 2016 Grateful Album.  I hand cut my heart to show that you don't always need to use a digital die cutting machine.

I doodled around the heart to define the edge.  I was so happy to finally use the Pretty Little Studio paper.

I used the cork "dream" for my title.

And here is my video:

His Selfie Game is Strong (The Cut Shoppe)

Hello!  You may be wondering where I've been!!  Its been a long 7 weeks of school holidays and
I've been so busy that most things social media have been neglected....  School went back last week and I realised I hadn't share this layout here yet.

This one is for The Cut Shoppe and features a selfie taken by Sam.  The star ampersand from The And Then and the word "Selfie" from the Friends Forever cut file set were perfect for my funny photo!  I used my December Hip Kit.

And here are the cut files.

You can see close up photos and more info on the blog post .
